Melvin L Williams, CMT, NCBTMB, graduated from the Virginia Learning Institute (VLI) in Fairfax, VA. He has practiced massage for the last 3 years, working with clients who suffer from soft-tissue injuries and/or a lack of flexibility. He demonstrates and supports the highest code of ethics and standards of practice defined by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and the American Massage and Bodywork Association.

I came in contact with Spirit Massage through Craigslist: trading some editing work for massage service. The massage was fantastic and a couple of old muscle/tendon injuries felt better than they had in a long time. I would highly recommended their services and they're high on my list for my next massage.

I was introduced to Spirit massage and body works on my last few months of living in USA. Since then I am hooked-I always book my session long before I arrive into DC. After a long flight from England, there is nothing better than a nice massage by these guys. they are fantastic in what they do. Definitely better than my European local service.I usually fall asleep because the calming hands ,music and wonderful smells of the oils and candles make me feel so relaxed and at peace. don't just take my word for it-go ahead and try them-you will not be disappointed!

I came in contact with Spirit Massage & Bodywork at a Beauty Expo given by Essence Entertainment Group (Essenceentertains.com) in Arlington, VA. Melvin L. Williams was the participating masseuse. He gave me therapeutic massage which was absolutely fantastic. I am a veteran when it comes to massages and apparently Melvin is too. When I got off the table, I felt rejuvenated. The next day my muscles were still relaxed and I didn't feel as though someone beat me up. He brought an assistant with him who gave wonderful 15-30 minute chair massages. I highly recommend their services, everyone was really pleased. It was the most talked about vendor at the Beauty Expo, but no vendor provided the type of quality and service (very relaxing atmosphere with music and aromatherapy) as Spirit Massage & Bodywork. The pleasure was all mine and the prices were reasonable too!

Spirit massages provided massage therapy for our Ladies Day Out Beauty Expo. Services was great staff members were courteous & proffessional and very delightful to work with. We are looking forward to working with Spirit in the near future.

I would recommend this business for their stellar customer service and their amazing hands. Spirit Massage & Bodywork helped me to put together a massage party for my bridesmaids. They put it together in the comforts of my home and created the scene as though we were in their office! It was truly a wonderful experience and I plan to work with Spirit Massage & Bodywork as often as possible!
