I don't know where to start. I had absolutely no idea how to buy a house and Pramod walked me right through it. He took the time to explain me how everything worked and what were my options. He kept me updated at all points making sure all the bases were covered. I can't thank him enough for what he did for me. I will keep doing business with him for all my future morgages. Unparallel service was what he promised and he delivered it. Thanks again Pramod!

I have lived in canada 22 yrs. Experienced good financial growth, until 5 yrs ago when I literally lost everything, then, I met Mr Pramod, he got me out of the mess, instructed me with great expertise as to how to proceed and recover. Each yr for 4 yrs I ignored his advice and when back in trouble he was there to offer me aid. A year ago today, ready to "throw the tow", my wife and I made the best decision ever by puting ourselves fully in this man's hands. I now see financial health, improving month-by-month...steady. Pramod is a truly committed , resourceful and professional individual.

I was surprised the level of expertise Pramod has. He promptly responded, answered all my "stupid" questions. He took time explaining all "Pros and Cons" of different financing options. He has great personality. Just a pleasure to have business with. I have purchased my house 6 month ago and I still under good impression from this guy. Very recommended.

Used Pramod's services twice in the past 2 years - for home purchases in Toronto and Calgary.In each instance, Pramod was brilliant; the rates that I obtained were very competitive and most importantly, Pramod provided a very high level of service. In both instances, Pramod knew exactly what he was doing, and knew how to get the job done right the first time. Most importantly for me, Pramod's presence ensured that the mortgages were processed from 'the comfort of my living room', with Pramod taking care of the documentation, freeing up my own time for other priorities.I wouldn't consider going to another broker for my future mortgage needs and have no hesitation in recommending Pramod.

I am residing in Pakistan and have planned to migrate to Canada next year. I also got Mr. Chopra's contact from canadian desi. I contacted him for some info regarding rental & mortgage. I am glad to say this that I found him so cooparative & supportive that even though I'm not yet in canada but still he replied to my mails in details and now I feel like I will have no problems when I land in Canada regarding my accomodation because I will be in good hands. I'm lucky to have such a great contact like Mr.Chopra. I wish him all the best and God bless him.

Last year i used Pramod's service when i was purchasing my 1st home in Canada. I found his name and address from the Canadian Desi site. I liked his active participation in some of the forums and his eagerness to share knowledge through the forums. To me, that tells a lot about a person. So I called him and spoke to him regarding my mortgage. During the call, he explained to me the whole process. He is very detail oriented and meticulous. A man of his word. At first, I did not believe him much. Looking back, I'm glad that I believed his word. He was always available on the phone (make sure you have ample amount of time in hand when you call him. Because he will go in to details to explain you everything all the time). We were able to close on time. Got a great service. After closing, I found out that he does financial planning as well. So guess what?? He did our RRSP as well. And yes, I will use Pramod again.

I have been following Pramod Chopra's contributions on the net (canadiandesi.ca) since 4 years or so, but met him first time four months ago. Used his services, never regretted that, and never could ask for more! What personalised and customised service he offers! His far-sightedness nudged me to get a pre-approval when I was not even completely ready to buy a house! Result: I got the best rate when I was finally ready. I admire the level of customer service he has provided me. He worked for me, not even for himself, forget the banks. He understood my mortgage and financial requirements, and arranged that product for me. I was always comfortable in discussing all financial and personal information with him. The trust that he offers is unparallelled. I would blindly go for his services whenever I need them again. Currently I have chosen him as my financial advisor, mortgage broker, tax consultant, RESP, RRSP and investment advisor. The best thing about him his that I trust him, and he is only a call away. Go for him, he is the one and there are really not many human beings like him out there, who will work for you!!!! Last but not least, he saved me tons of money (and is going to save me more in the future) in fees and customised products! I wish I had better words to praise and thank him.

Hi,We recently purchased our new house and because of the hard work and commitment shown by Mr. Pramod Chopra the entire process of mortagage was a breeze. The best part that i loved about his service was that he never felt that he was working for a mortgage company, it always felt like he is working for me. I have met Pramod Chopra through one of his clients. He is a gem of a person, always ready to help you out and save your money. I have used his services for both of my mortgages. He was very much instrumental in making sure that the whole process goes smoothly, without any surprises at the last moment. He is very approachable, detailed and knowledgeable professional. I recently bought a house and leveraged the services of Mr. Pramod Chopra as a mortgage broker. I could not be happier with the level of service I received. Besides being extremely professional, Pramod went out of his way to help me with different aspects of the home purchase on several occassions. Being a first-time home buyer, his help and advice related to mortgage approval and other home-ownership tips were invaluable.
