We would just like to thank Sumedha for an exceptional job in selling our 'not so easy to sell house over a million dollar' and buying us a house which is as close to our heart.Sumedha put in 100% effort, kept us constantly updated and informed throughout the whole process and was always confident of getting us the top result, even if I wasn't. The final price exceeded our expectations... we were actually prepared to take less. We had it listed with an agent previously, nothing happened. As soon as we switched to Sumedha, things started happening. Once again, many thanks for a job well done buying and selling our house.In addition to being a truly excellent real estate agent who managed to get well above our expectations, she was extremely sensitive to the emotional rollercoaster experienced when selling our mansion that is dear to our heart.Darek & Tina

Sumedha is extremely professional in her endevours and goes out of her way to make sure the decisions made are in the best interest of her clients. She has been a very dedicated person and knows all the tricks of the trade, which made her a gem to work with! Sumedha is really sure of her words and delivers the kind of service she promises for. Being a first time buyer, We did not know what to expect. Sumedha came highly recommended from several people. She could not have made the process easier and more pleasant. We came to really trust Sumedha; we knew she was always looking out for our interests. Sumedha showed us how to craft the winning offer, with just the right price and conditions, and then she presented it in such a way that we succeeded despite not being the highest bidder. All in all, we were very happy with her and would heartily recommend her to our friends and family

To Whom It May Concern:When I put my condominium on the market in March, I expected tough going. Id put the unit on the market a few years before, only to find that most of the realtor's were say what a seller wants to hear and would hide the real fact, keeping the client in dark. Discouraged, I finally took the unit off the market. Frankly, I was worried. Sumedha Arya - she is the one who is not scared to lose the business and would come forward with honest feedback.Sumedha stood out from all the other realtor's Id worked with, both in her personal commitment to the sale of my condo and in her honest appraisal of the market and its demands. The closing of my apartment took place last week with both buyer and seller totally satisfied, largely due to the intelligence, honesty, and shrewd business acumen of Sumedha Arya. She was an invaluable ally in negotiating the ins and outs of todays tough market for once, I found a Realtor who delivered honest market value and feeback!

Sumedha has the personal and professional qualities that made us extremely comfortable and confident as we searched for and negotiated for our dream home. She listened to us and asked the right questions to determine the type of home we were looking for. When we started looking at houses, she kept us focused and saved us time and energy by only showing us houses that fit our needs.She treats her clients with respect and extreme care. Before I start, being one of the typical "Private Sellers", You still helped and came forward with all possible informations and clients into our house. We were impressed from the first day we met you in February when you came to give us a market evaluation. Even on short notice, you had done your homework and came well prepared to answer all of our questions. We knew that when it came time to list our house, we would be calling you. Our trust in your professionalism was certainly justified.But most importantly we were extremely pleased with the results; our home sold quickly and for the price we wanted. We are very fortunate to have Sumedha as our realtor. She possess great knowledge and helped us buy our dream house with 0% downpayment finance option. She did everything for us starting from free mortgage approval to house inspection and lawyer visit. We trust her thoroughness, her professionalism, her knowledge and her experience. I cannot recommend Sumedha Arya highly enough. The sale of my unit was carried out with the minimum of fuss. I was always kept informed and my tenant was always treated with courtesy and consideration for her privacy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sumedha Arya

When we decided to sell our place we met many agents. But within a few minutes of meeting Sumedha we knew she was the one. She is smart and knows the inside out of the real estate business.
